Ethical Squash Apparel
People first. Always. We don’t write mission statements. We stitch them.
Our Factory Family
The people in our workshop don’t just sew kit — they shape how it plays. Every stitch is part of the match. We treat them with the same respect players give the court.
The SquashDesign Standard
- Wages above the legal minimum — because “minimum” doesn’t raise a family.
- Healthcare that covers more than the worker — dependents too, where possible.
- Zero child labour — not now, not ever.
- Education stipends so kids stay in school, not on the floor of a factory.
- Paid time off that includes sick days, holidays, and the hard days no one plans for.
- Workplaces that are clean, safe, and properly equipped.
- Long-term jobs — not churn-and-burn contracting.
This isn’t charity. It’s the standard the giants forgot.
“When my kids’ future is secure, I put that security into every piece I make.”
– Fatima K., Lead Pattern Maker, 7 years at SquashDesign
Gear with a Soul
Ahmad might be thinking about a dive in the fifth when he runs a seam. Fatima cares that a shirt sits right on the shoulders. Little details, big difference. Their work means Ahmad’s daughter stays in school and Fatima’s family has healthcare — and you get kit made with pride, not shortcuts.
Accountability
If you ever see something we should do better, email us at ethics@squashdesign.com. A real person will read it and reply — no corporate wall.
