1. Agreement & Acceptance

Using our site, placing an order, or wearing our gear means you accept these terms. Orders are for players 16+. If this doesn’t work for you, best to sit this one out.

2. Orders & Payment

We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All prices are in USD and may change until your order is confirmed. If we can’t fulfil an order responsibly, we reserve the right to decline it.

3. Order Confirmation & Availability

You’ll receive confirmation within 24 hours with order details and ship dates. Check it carefully and tell us immediately if something’s off. If stock falls through, we’ll contact you within 48 hours with options or a refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

International Orders: Duties, taxes, and import fees are on you. Customs delays may stretch delivery times.

Delays: Weather, carriers, or events beyond our control can impact delivery.

Damage on Delivery: Inspect your package right away. Report issues with photos within 48 hours for replacement/refund review.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days if items are unused and include packaging/tags.

• Contact us for a return authorisation number
• Pack securely in original packaging
• Write the authorisation number clearly on the package
• Return shipping is your cost unless we messed up or the item is defective

Refunds: Processed in 5–7 business days after approval. Shipping fees refunded only if it’s our error.

Non-Returnable: Custom orders, personalised items, or gear damaged by misuse.

6. Custom Orders

• Deposit: 50% upfront; balance before shipping
• Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 24h; non-refundable once production starts
• Colour Matching: Pantone or references are guides only; exact matches aren’t guaranteed
• Timeline: Usually 2–4 weeks plus shipping (delays possible)

7. Warranty

90-day warranty against manufacturing defects under normal athletic use. Misuse, accidents, wear/tear, or alterations aren’t covered.

Claims: Contact us with photos and order details. We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

Site content is protected by copyright/trademark law. Customer designs remain yours but must be owned/licensed to us for production.

9. Website Usage

• No scraping or automated tools
• No hacking or unauthorised access
• No malicious code uploads
• No illegal activity

10. Privacy & Security

We follow our Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption, but no system is 100% bulletproof.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability maxes out at the product’s purchase price. We’re not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, downtime, or misuse.

Disclaimer: Products are sold “as is,” subject only to the warranty above.

12. Force Majeure

We’re not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, labour disputes, supply chain issues, government actions).

13. Dispute Resolution

Governed by Connecticut law. International buyers agree to Connecticut law for disputes. Issues resolved via binding arbitration in Connecticut (AAA rules).

Class Action Waiver: All disputes resolved individually — no class actions.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Major changes will be posted with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.

15. Severability

If one part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

16. Entire Agreement

These terms + our Privacy Policy = the complete agreement between you and SquashDesign.
