Sizing & Fit

How does your sizing work?

No vanity sizing. No “skinny fit.” Built for squash movement and real proportions.

  • True to size: Charts match real bodies
  • Athletic fit: Room in shoulders and thighs
  • Accurate: 1" really means 1"

How do I measure myself?

Grab a fabric tape and a mirror—or a friend.

For Tops
  • Chest: Around fullest part, under arms
  • Waist: At your natural bend point
  • Sleeve: Neck centre to wrist, arm bent slightly
For Bottoms
  • Waist: Where the waistband sits
  • Hips: Around fullest part
  • Inseam: Crotch to desired hem

Pro tip: Measure over the base layer you’ll wear on court.

I’m between sizes—what now?

Default to the larger measurement:

  • Tops: Between chest sizes? Size up for mobility
  • Bottoms: Use hip over waist for comfort
  • Custom/MeSize™: Email measurements for exact match

Do products fit differently?

Mostly one chart, but note:

  • Compression: Snug by design
  • Outerwear: Sized for layering over jerseys

What if it doesn’t fit?

Free exchanges on in-stock gear within 30 days. Wore it once to test movement? Totally fine.

How long do I have to return?

30 days from delivery for in-stock items. Worn once to test? That’s fine.

What condition should it be in?

Unworn with tags is ideal. Tried once on court? Acceptable if clean and resellable.

We can’t accept damaged, heavily worn, or altered items.

Do I pay return shipping?

Our error or defective: No — we send a prepaid label.

Fit/style preference: Yes — you cover return postage.

Exchanges: Replacement shipping is on us.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection: 1 business day
  • Refund issued: Same day
  • Funds appear: 3–5 business days

Ground shipments often skip scans — it’s rarely lost.

Tracking says “Delivered” but nothing’s here?

  • Ask neighbours or building front desk
  • Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)

Can I change my delivery address?
