Here’s what happens once you order.

Warm-Up (Processing)

Cut-off: Orders before 12:00 PM ET ship same or next business day (Mon–Fri).
In-stock: typically ships within 24 hours.
MeSize™ custom: allow 5–10 business days for build.

First Serve (Dispatch)

Ready-to-ship orders leave in 1–2 business days.
Expedited orders before cut-off often go same day.
Tracking sent the moment the label prints.
We usually ship in one parcel; split deliveries on request.

Rally to the Finish (Delivery)

Standard Ground: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Two-Day / Next-Day: order by noon ET, Mon–Fri.
Your tracking link updates as your package moves.

Custom & Teamwear Timelines

Built to order — not pulled from stock. Every kit is printed, cut, stitched, and QC'd to your spec. Typical turnaround: 3–4 weeks from final approval.

If your tournament is close, talk to us before ordering — we can often fast-track a partial batch so you're court-ready on day one.

If Something Goes Wrong

Tracking hasn’t updated?

Email orders@squashdesign.com with your order number if tracking hasn’t changed for 48 hours. We’ll check with the carrier and send you a confirmed ETA.

Lost or damaged on arrival?

Start a claim via Returns & Exchanges. Keep packaging and include photos within 48 hours so we can replace or refund quickly.

Good to Know

Signature: Required for high-value shipments.
PO Box / APO / FPO: We route through the carrier that best serves your address (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Business Hours: Mon–Fri, 9–5 ET. Typical reply time: around 2 hours.
