Who pays customs duties and taxes?
Shipments are sent DAP (Delivered at Place). Local authorities assess duties/VAT, paid by the receiver. We include expected amounts in your quote so there are no surprises.
Will I get tracking updates?
Yes. You receive carrier tracking at dispatch and direct updates from our logistics team until delivery is confirmed.
What if I have a tight deadline?
We’ll recommend Express or split-ship (e.g., match kit first). If there’s risk to your date, we’ll say so upfront and provide Plan B.
Can you deliver to our hotel or venue?
Absolutely. We coordinate with hotel staff, clubs, or event desks and confirm receiving hours and an on-site contact.
What happens if customs holds my shipment?
We stay engaged with the carrier, supply any extra paperwork fast, and update you until release. Most holds clear within 24–48 hours with complete documentation.
Who’s responsible if a package is delayed or lost?
After dispatch, shipments move under carrier insurance. We remain your advocate — monitoring progress, helping with claims, and arranging replacements if required.
Can you use our FedEx, UPS, or DHL account?
Yes. We can ship third-party on your account and still manage labelling and export documentation.
Can I return or exchange an international shipment?
Returns follow our Returns & Exchanges policy. We’ll assist with re-import forms and reduced reship costs where possible.
