How to measure yourself

Fit matters. Every inch counts in the fifth game.

Silhouette with measurement reference points
Use a soft tape. Keep it level and snug—never tight.
  • Bust / Chest — Tape across the fullest part. Breathe normally. Keep it level and snug, not tight.
  • Waist — Find your natural waist (where you bend side-to-side). Measure level around the body.
  • Hips — Feet together. Measure the fullest point of hips and glutes, level all the way around.
  • Side seam — From the top of the hip straight down the outside of the leg to the ankle.
  • Thigh — Around the fullest part of the thigh. No pinching.
  • Inseam — From the crotch to the floor/heel. Stand tall, barefoot.
  • Sleeve length — From centre back of neck, over shoulder, down to wrist with a slight arm bend.
  • Shoulder width — Straight across the back from the top of one shoulder to the other.

Pro tip:Measure over a fitted tee. Between sizes? Choose smaller for a performance fit, larger for more room.
