DAP: duties/VAT are paid by the receiver. We flag expected costs up front.
Will I get tracking updates?
Tracking is shared at dispatch. We keep an eye on the shipment through delivery.
What if I have a tight deadline?
We’ll recommend Express or split-shipping (match kit first). If your date is at risk, we’ll tell you early and give a Plan B.
Can you deliver to our hotel or venue?
Yes. We ship to hotels, clubs, and event desks — with receiving hours and a named contact confirmed.
What happens if customs holds my shipment?
We support the carrier with paperwork fast and keep you updated until release. Most holds clear once documentation is complete.
Can you use our FedEx, UPS, or DHL account?
Yes. We can ship on your account and still handle labelling and export paperwork.
Can I return or exchange an international shipment?
Returns follow our Returns & Exchanges policy. We’ll help with paperwork and reship options where possible.
