Processing
- In stock: typically dispatches within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Early orders: placed before 12:00 PM ET often dispatch the same day (not guaranteed).
Tracking
- Label created: you’ll get tracking as soon as it’s generated.
- First scan: movement may take 12–24 hours to appear after handoff.
Delivery
- Standard Ground: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express: Two-Day / Next-Day where supported (carriers vary by address).

If Something Goes Wrong
Tracking hasn’t updated?
Email orders@squashdesign.com with your order number if tracking hasn’t changed for 48 hours. We’ll check with the carrier and send a confirmed update.
Lost or damaged on arrival?
Start a claim via Returns & Exchanges. Keep packaging and include photos within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
Good to Know
- Signature: may be required for high-value shipments.
- Address changes: if it hasn’t dispatched, we can fix it. After dispatch, carriers may not allow changes.
- Split shipments: we usually ship in one parcel; split delivery by request (where practical).
- Support hours: Mon–Fri. We aim to reply within 1 business day.
